Mediation
Tammy has taken the forty hour Mediation course through the Colorado Bar Association as well as the advanced 40 hour class. She is a contracted mediator with the State of Colorado through the Office of Dispute Resolution. She has extensive mediation experience and believes the best resolution in a dispute is made by the parties rather than leaving it to the unknown rulings of the judge.
Juvenile Law
Tammy has extensive experience in juvenile law matters including defense of criminal matters, revocation of probation and deferred sentences.
Tammy also handles juvenile issues in the Dependency and Neglect court as a respondant parent counsel.
